Hi, you have to upgrade your OS first, to at least Windows 7, or to a recent Linux. The last version for Vista is Firefox 52 ESR.

I think it is worth mentioning that both Firefox 52 and Windows Vista are no longer supported. I recommend that you use a modern operating system and the latest version of Firefox.

Microsoft ended extended support for Windows Vista back on April 11, 2017 so it has been EOL since.

Windows 7 is the minimum for Firefox releases since however it is EOL since January 14, 2020. Windows 8.1 will be made EOL on January 10, 2023. So Windows 10 is really the minimum to use now days.

The other option you have is dual booting with a current light Linux distro. It appears you have a 64-bit CPU so you have more options compared to few 32-bit Linux options still around. I do suggest avoiding Gnome and KDE and use a light window manager such as Xfce.

Chromium, Chrome and Opera dropped support of the old EOL WinXP and Vista back in April 2016.

Firefox 52.9.0esr (Released June 26, 2018) was the last version to still support the old EOL WinXP and Vista.
