I am unsure of what you are asking. Are you wanting to send a message to personA, copying personB, and ensuring that personA's response includes sending a copy to personB? If that is the question, the answer is no. If you want to send to more than one person and ensure that all persons receive all copies, then you should consider subscribing to a mailing list service. And maybe I didn't understand.
