Scroll wheel not working at all -but only on firefox (windows 11) I tried disabling the smooth scrolling option in logi options+ app but the issue was not resloved

The issue only resolves when starting Firefox Browser with the Troubleshooting mode, any idea what is the cause of this problem, and how can I fix it?
