Hello - I've noticed lately that when I type a search, sometimes Firefox does nothing. It doesn't pull any results, it acts like I've done nothing, but I can see the search terms I typed in the address bar, separated by + symbols. It simply doesn't go anywhere and doesn't perform the search. I do a lot of searching when I'm working and this happens approximately 1 out of every 15-20 searches. I've attached an image where I opened a new tab, typed my search term and it remains on the homepage. You can see the search terms in the address bar.

If you're using Avast or AVG anti-virus, please try making sure they are up to date. We have seen some problems introduced by their software that we believe they have now fixed.
