Link not opening
When I click on a link that is on the current page, a new tab will appear but the link will not open. I have to leave that tab and click again in order for the link to open. This occurs whether I am on a web page or from my email message. This only started happening after the last firefox update.

Provide steps to replicate. Provide screenshots. What OS? What version of Firefox? Did you try Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search104
