After downloading the new update for Firefox I can no longer get Firefox to respond. I can only get it to respond in safe mode. Why?
After downloading the new update to Firefox I cannot get Firefox to respond. The only way I can use Firefox is in Safe Mode.

I have the exact same problem, only on a MacBook Pro - loaded the Firefox update and now it won't open.
See recent posts - more people with same problem but no techies are responding yet. Hopefully we can get a response soon.
Cannot believe NO ONE from Firefox is responding to this issue; particularly since I don't seem to be the only one with the problem!!!!
