If you use a strong master password, it will be very difficult to hack your passwords. For details see protecting stored passwords using a master password.

See Use a Primary Password to protect stored logins and passwords

Passwords should contain uppercase and lowercase characters (e.g., a-z, A-Z) and have digits (0-9) and punctuation characters and symbols (!@#$%^&*()_+~-=;) if allowed and the length should at least be 8.

Never use words that can be found via a dictionary look up.
