Since I up-grated Firefox to 3.6 I have a problem with this “edit bookmarks” window! When I open it in bookmarks menu and click on “choose”, it shows only 4 of my bookmark folders. I have about 20. So to place a new bookmark I must first save it in bookmarks menu, then open “organize bookmarks” and there move the new bookmark to the desired folder. In the previous edition of Firefox I was able to open all my bookmark folders in this window and place a new bookmark right away in it’s right folder! Can you help? Thanks!

  • You can click the arrow at the far right of the Folder field in the "Edit This Bookmark" window to access the complete folder list. That full folder list also opens if you click the drop marker in the Folder field and select the "Choose" item. That window also has a button to create a "New Folder" (look for a button with "New Folder" or a "+" under the folder list).

The plus sign does absolutely nothing for me. Aside from sending me into apoplexy.
