The second time I try to access a .jsp page at a given site, Firefox sees the .jsp page a file type it doesn't understand. It asks if I want to download and save file or open with another application.

Note: the site works fine the first time through. Then if I try to open the link a second time (or if I open a similar link) I get the download message.

Not every time, it seems to be happening intermittently.

And as much as I hate to say it, it is working fine via IE

That can happen if an extension or security software corrupts the GET data (?&units=Feet&....) that is appended to the link
