i unticked the navigation toolbar button by mistake but cant get it back on - can anyone help

after trying to remove the bearshare toolbar, i unticked the navigation toolbar button on yahoo, now i dont have the file, edit, view, bookmarks etc or even the back, refresh or home buttons on my toolbar - its really annoying

Once the menu bar is back you can use the View > Toolbars menu to display other toolbars.

thanks a lot for ur help - it was my sons laptop and he was not impressed that i had made the mistake in the first place but now its sorted he thinks im great lol - thanks once again - ur instructions were very clear and helpful
