Will not open, removed from programs to try and reload, says I have to close Firefox before can complete download- HELP

Firefox would not open from start or program menu. Deleted it from start and from programs to try and download again. When it gets to the run menu, a prompt appears stating that I need to close Firefox before I can continue. I have deleted it from firewall also.

If for some reason it appears in your programs, use Revo Uninstaller to fully erase it from the drive. It could also be a registry problem. I suggest using CCleaner. Both can be downloaded for free at http://ninite.com/ . Hope this helps.
