why is my font small when accessing websites

Since yesterday when I go into sites (example) facebook or e-mail the font is very small. It was not like this before. Why did this happen and how can I correct the problem. I have friends who are having the same problem. Yet if I use Internet explorer I do not have that problem. I do prefer to use Firefox so please help.

The Firefox Page Zoom feature does a domain by domain level of saving the users preferred zoom level settings, there is no default Page Zoom level setting in Firefox.

Try the Default FullZoom Level extension:
