First, Adblock is vulnerable to a virus which . Firefox 3.?.?.? went ballistic. I had to uninstall, then manually remove Modzilla Folders from Program Files. I'm sick of Microsoft addons and extensions loading without permission. I uninstalled Quicktime but the addon remained. This is typical software design I expect from Microsoft. Disabling is not certain enough for me, I want that junk off my computer, and blocked for future automatic install. Quicktime, uninstall. The addon remained. Can not uninstall/remove any addon or extension. I want control of my computer. Thank you. It is wrong to force us to use junk (unnecessary) software. When I install Firefox, I should be prompted for express install or custom install, and I want to choose the addons. I don't want automatic addons or extensions installing without my permission. Thanks This is front end design. Please don't reply with BS alternatives. I know the alternative: close my provider account and throw my computer in the trash heap. I'm too busy to put up with configuring my system all day long. Think more about saving the users time and the software will be right. Give us control over the addons.

There is an entire frontier open in the universe for software design that is streamline and user friendly. Zoom utilities are a great example. Why do I need an addon for easy Zoom control? Zoom should be designed into Firefox. Zoom is an everyday thing. I'd like to be CEO of Firefox for 6 weeks. How many decades will it take for Firefox to integrate easy Zoom controls? I'd do it in one week.
