everytime I open firefox it wants to update but it also wants to disable my realplayer and my AVG ...whats up with that?

Update Firefox, then install the new versions of the plugins which work with Firefox 4.0.1

my plugins ( AVG and Real player ) are up to date no new versions available...

Then you have the choice of either allowing Firefox to disable both because they're incompatible with the current version, or sticking with the version you have at the moment so that you can continue to use them.
