Install the new version of GetMail.

That extension isn't hosted an AMO, which makes it a lot harder (and more expensive) for the developer of that extension to provide automatic updates for that extension.

"beer" fund donations probably wouldn't cover the costs for secure HTTPS web host costs, which would make automatic updates possible, IMO
