What do I have to do to get my Roboform or Norton form filler working again?

Hi,

I preformed an upgrade & it messed up both of my form fillers. They do not function at all. They do not recognize the browser is there. What can I do to fix this? I have been waiting for a few months for you to have a solution for Norton or Roboform & neither has come. I do not want to switch back to IE but I need my form fillers. Please help.
