My daughter-in-law is using Windows 7 on a laptop. When I open the latest version of Firefox it's OK for a moment, the tool bars stay in the right position but about a second after my yahoo homepage opens the whole page slips to the right and about a third of the screen and the scroll bar disappear and I can find no way of getting it back. The tool bars stay in the right position. Internet Explorer is OK. She can't ask this question herself because she us unable to get to the right part of the Firefox site to ask the question.

The Babylon Toolbar 1.1.8 has been causing that for many Firefox 5.0 users. Disable that extension until that extension is fixed by its developer.
