Firefox is loading off center and the scroll bars are missing. If I switch to full screen view everything appears normal. How do I fix this?

This issue can be caused by the Babylon Toolbar 1.1.8 extension.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
