i want to exclude some web sites to be loaded, how do i do that in firefox 6.0?

in explorer its easy : in settings under privacy i can put the sites i dont want to appear in my browse.

If you want tp be able to block websites and links to them you could try the BlockSite add-on.

I haven't this one myself but it looks very comprehensive. It also got 4/5 stars from reviews and has been installed by about 180,000 users.
