Hi,

I've been using Firefox version 6.xx and previous versions for over a year using my MacBook Pro running OS X 10.6.8 to access my web-based email on www.comcast.net. When viewing my email, Comcast redirects me to a server named Zimbra.

For the last 3 days, I've been able to access my email normally. However, when I attempt to create a new email or forward an email a new tile opens up (like normal) but doesn't fill itself in. It stays a blank white box.

I switched to Safari and my email works normally. I contacted Comcast's email customer service and they are unaware of any Firefox problems. I'm emailing you because they are unable to escalate this internally.

I'd appreciate any feedback as I use Firefox as my primary browser due to work issues.

Thanks, Joe

Use Safari to select Xfinity Connect Lite in preferences in Xfinity Connect. Then see if Connect Lite works in Firefox.
