Firefox is infected. How do I clean it?

I have System Security 2012, and I'm have LOADS of problems with it, which all just recently started today, and has been bugging me now. Everything I try to run it says it is infected, and it tells me I have something called Zeus trying to steal important information on my computer.

Now it says Firefox is infected and cannot run. It shows that it does run, but it disappears from my screen.

I also have Window's Defender, and it says my computer is just fine. While System Security center sends me things called "Trojan Viruses".

So how do I get Firefox to run again? Every time I click on a program it says it's infected.
