I installed FF on my new computer, Windows 7 Toshiba, I get the message Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system. It is NOT open I only have one computer. I had a computer expert try everything and we cannot get it to open.

Izabrano rješenje

Look for the firefox process firefox.exe and kill it with for instance task manager. it is also worth watching for plugincontainer.exe.
