I am typing this from a second computer, my primary computer crashes when I open Mozilla Firefox. I tried used your help section and typed in "%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\CrashReports\submitted" which did not work. A message popped up on my screen telling me that it could not be found on my computer.

Please help me fix this crash.
