The ICP-Brasil root certificates aren't installed in Firefox and are currently pending.

Install the ICP-Brasil root certificates (you need the v1 root certificate for this site).

Check off the trust bit to allow the certificate to identify websites.

Aewsome. It exists since 2001 and are not in Firefox yet. Great!
