Will not let me reply to email. It freezes and is trying to download an Attachment Uploader

Everything was ok until I downloaded your new 13 version. I went back to reload it and got a message to clean up my Mac with a product called TuneupmMyMac. Since this was referred by your website I bought it last night for $40 and to get support I can only call India. What gives! It ran for hours finding items that needed "Fixed". I did it and still can not reply to email. This never happened before.

Mozilla does not partner or recommend any software like "tumeupmymac" (it sounds quite illegitimate). I would recommend uninstalling it, and attempt to get a refund for your money.

Now, as for your being unable to reply to any emails, you can try using the Firefox Reset button to see if that helps with your problem. Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
