Mozilla has been crasing consistently for 4 days. I have tried resetting to factory and starting in safe mode. still crashes. Even ran sophos virus ware. Using mozilla 14.0. My OS system won't let me run the newest mozilla edition. Please help! Crash code

You should be able to run Firefox 15.0.1 on your computer. Try downloading the update from www.getfirefox.com
