Also it crashes nearly every day at least once and is not very fast despite every time before I shut down I run a modem booster programme and regularly run virus scans and anti-malware scans?
Also, when are you going to allow the add-on called ROBOFORM to work properly with Firefox.

This is likely coming from a third-party program. You can try to Reset Firefox. Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
This is probably coming from your security software (McAfee?)
