When I am on Stubhub's site and try to click on the venue map, can not bring up tickets in the sections anymore, it used to work.

I sell tickets on StubHub, and now when I click on specific section on their venue map, the list of tickets in that section won't come up. This has been happening since I did my last Firefox update. When I use Windows Internet explorer, there is no problem I would prefer to use Firefox.

Hello bolstridg, try to clear Cookies & Cache and check it again.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.
