How do I stop,or at least limit rollover popups?
When the pointer rolls over a highlighted word, completely irrelevant (usually an ad) pops up. It is very annoying!

You can look at Adblock Plus to hide double underlined IntelliTXT type pop-ups.

You need to subscribe to a Filter list (e.g. the EasyList).
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
