It's in the Settings part of the menu:
menu > Settings > Privacy > Clear Private Data
This should present a list of categories, and you can choose to clear or keep the data in the individual categories.
Does it work?
That was for History.
To delete Bookmarks, tap the address bar and then tap the Bookmarks tab. If you long-press a bookmark you want to remove, a menu should appear with several items, one of which is Remove.
Note: If you use Sync, I don't know whether you can remove your desktop bookmarks from your mobile this way.
