My goal is to reset my mozilla password for bookmarks. I had to re-install my operating system, so i can export the bookmarks now. I went to this link: https://account.services.mozilla.com.

typed in my username: tony.barbarich@kidshome.org and selected forgot password. The website said it would send me an email but i never got it. I tried 3 times no and no email send from mozilla to reset bookmark password.

Did you check your spam folder for that email from Mozilla Services?

As far as connecting to Sync services to recover your data, do you have your Recovery Key? Or are you using a 2nd device on that Sync account so that you can use "pairing"?
