I have the Add-on Ant Video installed on my computer for months. Now when I go to youtube to download a video it says that I had to install "ffmpeg.exe in order to do so. So now I'm getting a lot of crashes and it's slowing my computer down and it only records the commercials in the beginning of the youtube videos and that's it. I went into my control panel to uninstall ffmpeg.exe but I don't see it there. I was able to pull up the file but I don't know how to get to the actual file to delete it. Here's where it's at on my computer: C:\Users\Banker427\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\p4qjycjd.default

My question is Can you show me how to uninstall this file from my computer? Thanks and I hope to hear from you soon.

Bah, no reports in your System Details. No matter.

Can you give me your crash reports?

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and paste them into your response here.

This is what FFMPEG is

I don't use it nor have I heard of it outside of Linux.

I'm assuming you can uninstall it from your computer on the Control Panel's Remove Programs feature.

The ffmpeg program is used by video download extensions to convert a downloaded video automatically, so if you remove this program then this feature will stop working.

You appear to have two extensions installed that have to do with (downloading) videos.
