The cursor has a notepad floating with it wherever I move it. The cursor usually is an arrow, or a hand when over a link. The notepad is annoying. Any ideas?

Then it is your computers mouse / pointer settings.

  • Is this happen only in the Firefox window?

It could be the work of one of your add-ons, or even add / mal-ware. Look thru your add-ons list and make sure you know what each one is there for.
