I realize this info is very secure and I am grateful that it is, however, I need to retrieve a message pertaining to my unemployment benefits but there is a green padlock that Is keeping me from retrieving this info. Where is the green padlock?

When this appears in Firefox's address bar, it generally indicates that the site has a special kind of secure certificate that required the site to prove its identity (which is stated in the address bar).
