but refreshed on 8-4-14 and I can't get back to ver 31 using win8.1. I've tried the update link but because I already updated, it just sits there and looks at me and I can't find a way to migrate, if that's possible, BACK to ver 31 because up dating doesn't work...any ideas out there/??? thanks
