This occurs for longtime, maybe all revisions of firefox ....

When I open multiple tabs, the initial size of all tabs is the same, but when I close the tabs one after one, after closing some of the first tabs, the size of the remaining tabs change and the position of the x box (to close the tabs) moves

it's inconvenient, I have to move the mouse to close the remaining tabs

could you modify this in order the size of all the tabs remains the same, so the position of the x box will remain the same and I will not be obliged to move the mouse.

thnx

As you are closing tabs, the width of any open tab shouldn't change as long as the cursor remains in the tab strip. The size will change if the cursor drops below (or above if the browser window isn't at the top of the screen) the tab strip.

Sorry, your answer do not solve the problem the size of the tabs is modified EVEN if the cursor DO NOT move out the tab strip. (The browser window is at the top of the screen)
