Does System Restore recover deleted internet history on Firefox?
I wanted to know, does System Restore completely recover the deleted internet history on Firefox? I was just wondering about this before I actually decide to do a System Restore to see if restoring it to an earlier date is really worth it or not, I just need my browsing history retrieved. I had Firefox history deleted recently about a week ago and it had search history from way back last year, if I use a restore point earlier then when the browsing history was deleted will all my browsing history be retrieved? I really hope it is, I dont see why System Restore should not restore browsing history. I just dont want to take any risk with System Restore because I have heard it can damage your computer, thanks in advance.

No it doesn't recover deleted browsing history from Firefox. But session restore does tend to screw up Firefox user data in some situations.
These add-ons can be a great help by backing up and restoring Firefox
FEBE (Firefox Environment Backup Extension) {web link} FEBE allows you to quickly and easily backup your Firefox extensions, history, passwords, and more. In fact, it goes beyond just backing up -- It will actually rebuild your saved files individually into installable .xpi files. It will also make backup of files that you choose.
