Gray loading screen on youtube videos
When i try to play YouTube videos, there is just a gray screen in the video box and the loading icon just continually spins. When I pause it, the loading icon goes away. There is no error message. YouTube videos work on Chrome. It is not a black screen, it is clearly gray. YouTube updated or something, and I think it might have something to do with this

I suggest trying the "Refresh Firefox" feature which usually fixes most problems. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings
The "Refresh" feature works by creating a new profile folder for you while saving your most important data.
If the above won't work then you can go ahead and reinstall Firefox.
Give those steps a try and see if the issue still persists!
