Icons & action & hyperlink buttons not visable on multiple programs. Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo home page etc. How do I fix it?
No hyperlink or action button icons appear when I am using Firefox. For example on Twitter.com at the top of the page are the buttons to go to Home, Notifications, Messages, no icons show just the text. To the center in the Search area the Looking Glass icon is missing as is the Feather Icon on "Tweet" button. This is the case over multiple programs and websites. Instead of the icons there is a small rectangle with little squiggly lines inside.
It has been this way for a very long time, several months but I am just now wanting to figure out why and how to fix it. It makes it very difficult to navigate. I use DishNet (Hughes) Satellite ISP and Firefox has been the recommended browser. If I use Chrome or Explorer the icons are visible. It is only with Firefox that I cannot see them.
Is there a fix and can you help me???
Thanks!
