Not only am I getting significantly more spam in the last couple of months, but when I mark an email as spam, I just continue to get more of the very same spam. Firefox used to "learn" when I marked things as spam, so that I did not continue to receive the same stuff over and over...but this no longer works. Getting tired of it. Can you help fix this?

Hi lindagilp,

Which email provider are you using? Normally it is not the browser (Firefox) that learns how to "catch" spam but it is your email provider (like Gmail, Yahoo etc). You might need to consult with them, they should also be able to help by showing you which filters to set up etc.

Which email provider are you using? Normally it is not the browser (Firefox) that learns how to "catch" spam but it is your email provider (like Gmail, Yahoo etc). You might need to consult with them, they should also be able to help by showing you which filters to set up etc.
