TB will not accept gmail pw. TB emails to my gmail do not arrive.

Have used TB for years w/o problem. Version 45 will not sync. PW for gmail not recognized by TB. Cannot log on to TB tho TB says new pw sent. Not received by me. I have no recollection of a TB password. And cannot get one from TB, despite TB saying 'successfully sent'. Help!!
