The Subscribe window lists no folders or subfolders. The account just doesn't work.
My main Account is not working. It's Subscribe window is blank and does not list any folders or subfolders and yet they are all listed in the side panel under the Account name as normal. Clicking on the folders/subfolders brings up a small panel saying there is an Unknown Command together with a code like this - g79mb9495423lfi or other variations. The panel doesn't stay on the screen long enough to read it time.

vfor some reason Thunderbird is not connecting and staying connected. Do you have an anti virus scanning mail? Disable the mail scanner and see if it works better.
