As we are slowly migrating from Outlook to Thunderbird, let me know any outbox equivalent in thunderbird, which saves the unsend mails and automatically send when the connection is established without manual changing to offline .

Thunderbird has n outbox, but it only normally functions in offline situations. You can send later (ctrl+Enter) with will place mail in the outbox to be sent later. Usually when closing Thunderbird.
