When am trying to digitally sign a form it is showing an error message viz., 'Error reading the Pdf report'. Once i close that particular window and refresh the page behind it, signature will accept.

The error message is part of one of the site's scripts, but I don't know how to prevent it. All of the possible problems I can think of how to work around would occur every time, and couldn't be fixed by reloading the page and trying again.
But... you could start here in case this makes any difference: View PDF files using Firefox’s built-in viewer.
By the way, what is that pop-up window to the left? Is that related to the problem?
