Hello. Bug on Ubuntu? When I enter text in Firefox the mouse cursor stays visible and active. Another browsers don't do this. It is normal behavior?

Hi

Yes, I believe that this is normal behaviour. I am using Ubuntu 16.10 with a Mozilla version of Firefox Nightly and I find it quite useful as it means that I know where the mouse is when I finish typing.
