Please if it is not hard for you can you advise addons for Thunderbird that allows me to leave a comments (with some information that i need) in the incoming emails and which seen only to me. And also an addon that allow mass reply to the incoming emails just not every mail in one window but one window with a lot of emails by clicking some button like "reply to all". Thank you very much!

You could try Header Tools Lite to edit the Subject or message body. A different approach is with XNote++.

If I correctly understand your 2nd request, you want to select a set of received messages and reply to all the senders with one message. I think this could be done by copying the messages to a separate folder, scanning the folder for senders' addresses with Email Address Crawler, adding the addresses to a mailing list, then sending a message to the mailing list, perhaps with BCC or Mail Merge.
