I was downloading wiki dump(12.7G) which I have been downloading for a day, now it's 10.4/12.7, but it always failed,though I resumed, it would failed again in two or three seconds. I really don't wanna resume it, anyone can help???

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for a download manager.

There are some that work separate from Firefox, so you can close the browser or go on to other things.
