When Firefox started it unexpectedly working only with stored DNS-server. This is a big mistake of developer of this browser. Why you don't refresh DNS-server with all restart browser? I have local DNS, but not all time I work clearly for my provider, time of time I insert VPN server (like ProtonVPN) and DNS-server has changing. Any another browser's developer understand this and do refresh DNS-server, but firefox developers hardly stored previous DNS address and in FF usually I see screen below. FF doesn't control DNS server refresh. I have my homepage to Google and have no problem each time I open or refresh the homepage.
