Restore previous session is grayed out. How can I get to the previous session?
History>restore previous session is grayed out and I cannot click on it. Also, in settings I have selected- firefox starts use windows & tabs from last session and that doesn't always work. I changed me default home pay to firefox and there is no restored previous session option. So I cannot restore.

You can not if it is greyed out. There is something wrong with your unsupported browser files or your profile. Create a new profile as a TEST to check if your current profile is causing the problem.

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem. Never work with original files.
