My server is Optus. When I use thier webmail I have no problems sending my emails.
When you use webmail you do not use the providers SMTP server so that is completely irrelevant. Matt asked if you used a signature attached to your mail?
Thanks for the response. I do not use a signature with my mail. Airmail said

Regarding the message you are trying to send:
Is this a new Write message or are you using 'Reply' or 'Forward' ?
Does the email contain a load of links ?
Does it contain an image you copy pasted from a webpage ?

It doesnt matter wether it is a new write. forward or reply the same problem occurs and there are no links or attachments.
I just had a look as the optus support forum. I sounds to me like as usual optus have the bull by the horns and really they have your money, service is not required.
Here I see someone who found putting a link as the last line of an email sent their spam thing into a tiz.
Here Is see u guy that had "Any unauthorised form of reproduction of this message or any files transmitted with it is strictly prohibited." on the end of his emails. removing it allowed his mail to go through. I also see folk using windows live mail, Outlook and Thunderbird complaining over the past few years..
So I suggest you contact optus and ask them what their problem is. IF you could advise here what their issue is it would also be good.
In the interests of disclosure, I closed my optus account some 20 years ago because I found their customer service unacceptable back then. No amount of advertising or cheap prices would get me back to them. I am an unhappy Telsra customer, but happier than I would be with optus.
Just in case this has nothing to do with actual content nor email address, try changing your IP address.
